is to encourage employees to raise concerns, share ideas/suggestions,
best practices to improve the performance of the company.
The mails received will be handled by corporate HR
team. In case of reporting concerns the identity of the sender (in
case of concern) will be protected. HR team will ensure an
acknowledgement/reply within 24 hours and internally divert to the head
concerned and track their response.
